On the Value of the Unfinished

Not everything wants to be finished. Some thoughts are truest as a sketch and lose something the moment we smooth them out.

The unfinished keeps a door open. It invites us to keep thinking rather than to consume. In a world that pushes for closure, an open draft is almost a quiet resistance.
